Adelante performed the assessments of two Budget Support operations, one in Rio de Janeiro and the other in Minas Gerais. These were launched by the Agence française de Développement to promote a high-level dialogue with its partners, learn lessons from past interventions and provide objective information on the proper use of public funds which it is responsible for implementing.
