Adelante’s team has recently traveled to Myanmar to implement the project Climate Change Alliance - Phase 2, funded by the European Union.  This formulation mission was aimed at identifying the potential of a support programme on climate change in the country and to propose an adapted set of outputs and activities. During this visit, we had the opportunity to work with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation as well as international partners for the project implementation including UN Environment, UN Habitat, WWF, UNICEF. The purpose of this joint effort was to analyze potential components and support areas for a climate change project that would support both climate policy and local action in Myanmar.
