Supporting Transparency International

Did you know that Transparency International (TI) organises a biannual International Anti-Corruption Conference (IACC)? It is a global forum that enhances debate, networking and international cooperation among the anti-corruption community. The latest edition was held from 22 to 24 October 2018 in Copenhagen and entitled: “Together for development, peace and security: now is the time to act”.

Our team has been commissioned by TI to draft a report assessing the achievements of the IACC’s initiatives relating to youth engagement (young journalists, artists and social entrepreneurs), and capturing lessons learned for future interventions involving youth in the promotion of transparency and good governance.

To carry out this assignment, we relied on a complementary tandem composed by an expert in international development and civil society and a senior expert in public finance management.

Our team used a mix of quantitative and qualitative data collection methods and approaches to deliver a robust narrative report, including findings and recommendations, and highlighting success stories

The result was positively received by TI, which is now preparing the next IACC youth initiatives for 2020.
