Did you know that the Fundación Biodiversidad is a public organization attached to the Spanish Ministry for Ecological Transition, whose main mission is to conserve and promote a sustainable use of biodiversity through funding and management of projects?

The Foundation is currently seeking to expand Spanish leverage on international environmental protection aspects. The Foundation contracted our team to realize a study on the possibility to use international public and private funds to this end.

Our team (2 experts specialized in Climate Change and Biodiversity) realized a deep analysis of 117 funding sources and classified them according to their degrees of relevance. As a result, a detailed report was issued with the strengths and limits of the different options and providing strategic recommendations for the Foundation’s positioning.

This first collaboration with the Fundación Biodiversidad yielded very positive results. We hope to have further opportunities to work together and wish the Foundation a successful international expansion!
